Basically, it means nothing more or less than skipping the breakfast and eating lunch or 2 small snacks from 12 PM. Dinner is the biggest meal around 7-8PM. 8 HOURS EATING

(BETWEEN 12 PM AND 8 PM)

16 HOURS FASTING

You don’t eat after the dinner and you start your day from a coffee with coconut oil or milk
