IMPERFECTLY PERFECT. SELF ACCEPTANCE

According to Shepard, self-acceptance is an individual's satisfaction or happiness with oneself, and is thought to be necessary for good mental health. It involves self-understanding, a realistic, albeit subjective, awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses. It results in an individual's feeling about oneself, that they are of "unique worth".

You always have a choice. Allow yourself for the opportunity in every situation and take the full responsibility for the actions in your life. You can always change. In the end, the only person you can count on is yourself. The circumstances are just the lessons pushing you to a higher state of thinking. Start fresh and trait yourself with self-respect and self-acceptance.

1. Self-worth

Take some time to make yourself matter. Stop Instagram for a second! Set your own goals and do regular check-ins. Never look what other people do or say. Keep your promises to yourself! Learn to be honest with yourself but never judge, life is a learning process, not perfection. Perfection is boring and not real.

 2. Commit to something

When we address a complaint to a collective, loved one or real passion and resolve it successfully, we are having an impact on a relationship that is both meaningful and highly significant to our lives. Personal empowerment should be connected to how we feel deep within. The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory.

 3. Fulfill your void

Stay positive on your path. If you want respect, start from respecting yourself. Visualize that you are all you want to be. This is one and only true. Fear is just an illusion. Now you are blossoming. To let go of the idea of rejection is one of the primary lessons in our life. When something feels like rejection it’s just coming from within. You need to fulfill your void first. Nobody is going to do that for you! It’s just impossible.

4. See only love

Turn your eyes away from fear. Feel your heartbeat. Shift your perception to see just the positive attributes of your actions. This shift in your consciousness will allow healing every error or mistake. Negative thoughts don’t honor your soul. You should still pay attention to those negative thoughts.

 5. Forgive yourself

Feel the deepest part of your being. You should be able to forgive not just the other people, but also yourself for the things you did but also, didn’t do. This is what the ultimate forgiveness is all about. Be patient with yourself. Let it go and move on to the next level. Now jump!
